      - CustomGameService is started/stopped as a game service
      - Using on_client_connect/disconnect the changer now automatically
      starts as a game is loaded
      LogiLed is now a global service that anything can hook into; the mood
      changer is just one of its clients (and currently the only one).

      Uses (customized) injector by scripthoge from ModTheSims.
      - Proxy no longer runs in a separate thread, but is used from main
      thread directly.
      - CustomGlobalService class can be inherited to inject a mod as global
      game service. It's started at some point after getting into the main
      menu (after all other core services are started) and will be stopped
      correctly when quitting the game.
      Handling the game quit requires a special injection, because (in the
      current Sims 4 version anyway) it seems the core services are not
      stopped properly.
